when you press the middle mouse button on a site the scroller-mouse-cursor becomes active. at first you can see that the mouse is sitting right in the middle of that cursor. if you now move down the mouse 1-2 pixels (just a little bit) you see the mouse rigth below the middle and i'd expect the screen to very slowly scroll down. but it scrolls up actually!
now move down pixel by pixel. only just right when the mouse leaves the scroll cursor at the bottom the screen begins to scroll correct.
so it seems the scroller pointer is not well aligned - not centered.
