The pointer used by Timberwolf when the user click with the middle mouse button of the mouse (with that functionality the user is able to scroll the page up/down simply moving the mouse in that directions) contain a strange extra border "square" around the pointer ..
On other platform that pointer does not contain any extra border or it will be hidden in some way, so all looks a bit better
