using scout to check the locks.
it *seems* to be places.sqlite-shm which still is locked...

Did the program terminate correctly ? For me, TW sometimes does not terminate completely (it deletes all windows but the task sticks around). This is a general bug that has been in the Windows version of Firefox as well, and not related to TW direclty.
