I restricted the problem. It is cookie-related.
It works, but as soon as you insert a wrong password, you'll never be able to log in anymore. The solution is to exit OWB, manually delete the cookies from the cookies text file, and then restart OWB.
It seems that if you insert a wrong password the browser gets a cookie that indicated this wrong attempt to log in. This cookie prevents other attempts to log in to be successful, and it won't be overwritten even if you log in correctly. You have to delete it manually.

It might be fixed in 3.6, if it was a session cookie that caused the problem. They weren't removed in older versions.
