It's of course supported. Do you have an example where it doesn't work?

To test the alt attribute you have to remove the image from the server.
To display tootips, in the AmigaOS port of OWB they are displayed in the status bar, the title attribute is required and it's working here.

"Title" is something completely different than "alt", and there probably was nothing wrong in NetScape 4.x. Other browsers, for example old versions of IE and AWeb, handle the alt attribute wrong. | | |

Only if I reimplement the OWB GUI using the ReAction window.class instead of using intuition windows, but such a change is too much work currently. | | |
