I loaded the page http://www.ezydvd.com.au/ with OWB 3.15 and 3.17 and I can't see any problem with both versions of OWB.

I am also unable to reproduce this now. Leave the ticket open for a while. I will let you know if I see it again. Close it in a week if I haven't gotten back to you.

It is definitely not a one-off, i've seen it over and over again when the cookie database is empty.

It did it again, I went to http://ezydvd.com.au without the "www".. I'm certain this works fine in Firefox.
