It's an old bug I've always tried to explain but I've never reported because my english it too bad:-)

Comment only to tel you that it happens even here :)

Confirmed, but not only using bookmark, sometimes i have the same problem when i have two or more tab opened

closing and reopening the bookmarks window from the tab you want to control will do the trick.
To me it looks a bit like lack of comfort, not a bug.

I can't reproduce the problem, the links selected in the bookmark are always correctly opened in the tab from which the bookmark window was opened here.
