In some languages mph will be shown instead of km/h

Would be nice to increase the update window behaviour, right now if you move the FlipClock window you will have a lot of annoying flickering effects

Maybe that one can also be specified with a proper Tooltype :-)

Stability problem

Yep i know that this isn't a specific bug report however version 1.1 seems a bit less stable than the first 1.0, at some point certain crash happen and you need to restart FlipClock manually

It's stable in general and I can use it for 3 or 4 days without any problem but at the end a crash always happen while old version was runned for weeks without any type of crash

I upgrade to 1.1 with the automatic update and my tooltypes are the follow:

I didn't change any of that tooltype since 1.0 so maybe a little strange bug was introduced in one of this tooltype that worked rock stable before or it might be some incompatibility with the autoupdate ?

German string only when not connected

Each time the connection is down FlipClock will print this german message (even if you use an italian version of the program)

Warte auf Wetterserver...

Would be better to catch the correct language and use it for various message instead

Forget the ESC to quit nonsense. The standard way to quit an Amiga application is LAMIGA + Q. I trust you received the source code I sent you - you can copy the keyboard shortcut straight from there.

It could either be displayed in the title bar or be used in other programs which reads out those data

If there is no rhingio running, flipclock exits with eror as "Port RINGHIO could be found!" (line 921).
It would be better if that it could handle this situation instead of exiting with HollywoodPlayer error message.

Calendar function (<--> weather forecast)

All of this in case of possibility.

I'd like to see a calendar function built in.
If one clicks (doubleclicks?) on the date the whole lower part with the weather forecast could be "rolled-over" to become a calendar showing the running month with todays date highlighted.

Again, if possible, i'd like to be able to add simple notes/reminders to every day with the possibility to change the color of that special date (if you know limpidclock[reduced to only the calender/reminder function], you'll get an idea what i mean).

Also a simple reminder for that special dates would be nice (a date's color change on the weather forecast date if one isn't in the calendar function would be sufficient)

That would be a very nice addition to flipclock where it is able to "flip" to a calendar with functionality :-)

exchange you it runs. But if you close it from exchange and try to
rerun it it shows a window that says "No multiple instances of
fliclock allowed".
