It would be great to have a version of EasyUAE as a standalone editor for the UAE config files, without having E-UAE compiled inside. So it would be independed of the current version of E-UAE and would not need to be recompiled if a newer version is released.

When a secondary config file is supplied (e.g. by RunInUAE) using the -f parameter, it isn't listed under Configuration (only the default .uaerc is shown). And IMHO it should "default" to saving to this secondary config file, since this will always override the primary config file.

The -G parameter causes the ARexx port to be disabled

Running EasyUAE with the -G parameter (to disable the GUI) causes the ARexx port to be disabled. This means (for example) that RunInUAE cannot launch programs in EasyUAE, nor check whether EasyUAE is running, nor generate fake floppy driver noises, etc.

Keyboard navigation issues

The 'host' and the 'hardware' tab have the same hotkey H, which always selects 'hardware'.

In the 'hardware' tab, using RAmiga-H (found that one out by pure chance) I can navigate through the listbox. Using 'space' does select an entry, but the controls on the right don't change. Using 'return' leaves the listbox, but the controls are still the same.

In the 'host' tab, what shortcut can be used to select the listbox?
To get the focus on the listbox, I clicked on 'sound', then selected the 'frequency' field and used shift-tab to navigate back. Once in the listbox, again, 'space' didn't bring the controls on the right to change, but this time, 'return' did.

But it's worth to mention that the keyboard control is already much better than with most of the OS' prefs apps... :-)

EUAE itself: add config entry called "name_of_window=xxxx"

Will be good, if someone can add new config entry, which will grab the text, and put it for e-uae as name of current uae window. For what it need it for: For example you have run any game/demo/apps in window mode, and you have these words at the top of window "EUAE xxxxx", but with that new entry, you can for example write: name_of_window="Slam Tilt AGA". And when E-UAE will parse config, it will grab that entry, and put to the name of window, and end user will be happy to see how it looks like: just like you run real game, and have real window of real game.

That of course more visuall crap, and only suggestion if anyone in interest to add that.. but imho many of us will be happy about :)

Bug in EUAE itself: Swith to/from win/fullscreen not works

ctrl+atl+s does not works for swithing beetwen window and full-screen modes. If some one will fix that, maybe he need have a look at latest public SDL version of E-UAE, where that key combo works fine.

Not sure bug it or not, but will be cool to have a way to disable all that output at all, as was before, in 1.4 version (or just is only because we have debug version of uae binary ? )

ReadOnly off (for "rw") mark does not works for AddDrawer.

How to reproduce: Just add any drawer to the Hardware/Hard Drives by Add drawer. Not mark the ReadOnly, and press Save. Then, you will have automatic set of ReadOnly flag. Then, press again on that new drawer and try to Unmark "this drive is read only" mark and press Save. Then, its again sets automatically to ReadOnly YES.

Fullscreen doesn't work

No graphics are shown if a fullscreen mode is used: the applications load and work as they're supposed to (drive leds work, music plays, etc.), but nothing can be seen. Please note that running the same application in a window (by changing just amiga.screen_type from "custom" to "public") works perfectly.

NOTES:
* games tested: Aquanaut, Arcade Pool, Banshee, Benefactor, Soccer Kid;
* several screenmodes tested;
* launching E-UAE manually from shell or using the GUI makes no difference;
* machine information: A1 X1 GE, Radeon 9000, AmigaOS 4.1 Update 1, compositing on.

Erased Hardware settings when press Save in that HW settings

How to reproduce: Just create a new hardfile (any size, just 5mb for tests are ok too). Then it will filled automatically those areas as Surfaces, Sectors, Reserved and Blocksize (like for example 1, 32, 2 and 512) and unmarked ReadOnly. After hardfile will be created, that window will closes. All is ok work now. Then, press one more time on that new HDF file. And that HardFile settings window will brings. Then just press here Save. And all the values (surfaces, sectors, reserved and blocksize) will be sets to 0, and "This drive is read only" will be marked to ON.

If you again press on that (already with bad settings) HDF, and fill again manually by hands all the values for those cleared area, and press Save - all will be ok. Then, press on it one more time, and again press Save - everything erased to Zero again.

Lockup of all the system when run second time

First run are ok, everything works fine. Then you press close gadget of e-uae, and sometime its exits correctly, some time give:

(that very visibly when run it from shell).

All in all, first run/exit still works even with that freed signals crap, but second run, give you that output:

Save not save Emulated Hardware settings (for example, i set a1200, etc, then save, quit, then run, load my save, and in everything loads from saved config, but emulated hardware still a500/ocs). Not big deail, but confuse a bit.

Path to drawer cannot be entered manually

When adding a hard drive of type 'drawer', and entering the the path to the drawer manually into the textbox, clicking 'Save' doesn't respond. It is necessary to actually select the drawer with the corresponding button, after that, 'Save' does work.

When adding a hard drive of type 'drawer' and double clicking the entry to edit it, the dialog for the hard file settings is opened instead. Therefor the user is unable to edit such an entry and has to remove and re-add it.
