Title:set file://.. as default home page TW doesn't load web/URLs

Description:Hi, if I set Startup home page to a file:// (pointing to my bookmarks.html) then if I try to browse/navigate to a web/URL (ex. www.amigans.net) typing in the URL string gadget or just clicking on one of my bookmarks/StartupHomePage it stays in a forever loop, juts saying 'Looking up <whatever_web>' but doesn't show/load web.
