Title:Mouse gets "attached" to slider when leaving the HTML area

Description:Click LMB a slider, hold LMB, leave the Display-area, ie. move the mouse over native RA slider (or leave the win completely). Now release LMB. Move the mouse and see, that the slider will still follow your mouse movements.
