Title:Wrong pathes when navigate over local partitions/files
Description:If you open let's say work partition, by typing "file:///work:" , then it show the content, all seems to works. Then, if you tryint to go into any directory deeper, so it will be kind of work:directory, then TW fail to open it, and say file not found.

As for example i have on work, directory called DvPlayer, then typing file:///work: show all the dirs, then i dbl-click on DvPlayer directory and have:

file not found
firefox can't find the file at /work:/DvPlayer/.

What meant that "/" added when its not necessary to add. From programming point of view i think there need to add check on the ":", and if is here, then didn't add "/" to the path.
