This is the procedure to show the bug:
1 - Open an OWB window
2 - Click on the minimize gadget in order to have a smaller window
3 - Iconify OWB with the iconify gadget
4 - Click on the icon to re-open OWB on your WB screen (now you have a small window)
5 - Try to click again on the minimize gadget to increase the window dimention
The point 5 must re-open the OWB window at the default dimension (1024*768 in my main setting) but sadly nothing happen ! ...
