Title:Middle-click new tab not always in new tab
Version:3.27
Description:I have CONTEXTMENURMB enabled.

If I middle click on a link in a forum (or anywhere really) that is a hash link, designed to move up and down the page, it will load it up in the current tab instead of a new one.

Example, go to the Whirlpool Broadband forums, view any thread. Find a reply, and click on the "<handle> writes..." line. If the post being replied to is on the same page, it'll smoothly (attempts to be smooth) scroll upwards to it (neat trick).

Now middle-click it instead. It should open it in a new tab, and it doesn't.
