Title:Tab close button does not honor CONFIRMQUIT tooltype

Description:If only one tab is open, and I click in the new tab close button (ATM only visible by OS4 beta testers), OWB exits without a requester, even though I have the CONFIRMQUIT tooltype set. Using ESC or the window close gadget still works correctly, i.e. prompts with a requester.
