Seems to be better with 3.18, but not perfect.
Here is a way to crash OWB.
- start it
- type "der tesr" to "google"-search string (I am using google.de)
- klick on "meinten sie..."
- click back button
- here it is likely to crash then
- if not try back and forard several times, it should crash then
