Title:Add feature to copy and paste tables as CSV

Description:If I see this right, when copying a table's content OWB seperates every cell with a TAB. Would be nice if this could be set to comply to CSV tables, eg. seperating by a ";".
Maybe there could be a ToolType TableCellClipboardSign=... maybe some other (easy) way. ;)
