as topic, with OWB is not possible to complete a registration of a software into site like sourceforge and code.google.com.
In the first site you will find problemi into second page of registration if you insert a own licence into textfield and try to press next button, in this case OWB doesn't go in the next page.
On code.google.com you have the same problem, if I rightly remember always in second step of registration.
I believe that it is a javascript problem, or something related to SSL...
