The three options are part of a radio button group.
Until reboot -> FTPMount remembers the username/pwd combination for the site until the OS is rebooted. (default action)
Until disconnected -> FTPMount remembers the username/pwd combination in the same manner as now.
Forever -> FTPMount creates a new predefined site with the stated username/pwd combination.
