With the new dropdown history on the URL field, it looks like mouse clicks don't have any effect at all, well except for closing the list. This goes for clicks in the main list as well as attempts to use the mouse on the scroller gadget and arrow buttons on the right.
Maybe this is a bug in the third-party string gadget with history? If so, feel free to pass it on.
BTW, I am running OWB on Workbench.
