|Title:||Date format is not local|

|3.30 does not fix this. It's still mm/dd/yyyy here (Australia) instead of dd/mm/yyyy.

|Firefox / Minefield cannot make the site change to dd/mm/yyyy, but Internet Explorer can. I might need to do packet sniffing.

The server uses the language from the Accept-Language: header for it. OWB creates it based on the locale prefs, in versions <= 3.29 OWB only used "en" for all variants of english, but in 3.30 I changed that.

It's dd/mm/yyyy here with OWB version 3.30 if I select english-british as first language in prefs/locale, if american english ("english" on AmigaOS) is used instead the server displays mm/dd/yyyy instead - which is the correct date format for the USA.
