It's intentional that you can run OWB several times, for example some users want to be able to run different versions at the same time for comparing them.
With the OWB Blastoise port it wasn't possible, it aborted when it couldn't create the unique "OWB" ARexx port.

The difference is basically the size of the OWB executable, about 25-30 MB. | | |

OK, i could do what i want with OpenURL.
But therefore i'd need a "Open the URL in a new window/tab" and a "ICONIFY/UNICONIFY" AREXX command. Could you maybe add those to the next release, please :-) | | |
