Which doesn't make any sense. OWB isn't a complete browser like FireFox, and neither FireFox nor IE are based on WebKit.

In some other simple WebKit based browsers, for example Arora, it works exactly like in OWB and scrolls to the entry with the middle mouse button. | | |
