Wouldn't it be better if you gave at least a link which shows the problem?.
With your title and no other explanation i (if i received such a bug report) would simply drop it, because i would not know what exact problem you want to have fixed

Oh, i didn't see that :-)
But it isn't true, one CAN enter the birthdate. I just was there and did.
Theres a little trick to it, clicking once in MONTH opens the pull down menu where one can choose. But you need to click TWICE in the DAYand YEAR fields because it won't open a pull down menu (because of the size), rather it lets you choose with the CURSOR UP and DOWN buttons.
It's the infamous "One needs to click twice in chooser fields" bug ;-)

Oh, you are right:-)
@joerg
Is it possible to mark inputboxes that dont have a pull down menu (because of the size) in some way? Maybe another color for the frame that shows that the box is selected? Same goes for string inputboxes.

Sounds like a candidate for a suggestion issue ;)

joerg | Impossible to enter birthdate | 20081110 01:33 | | It's working here. As mentioned in the release notes the <select> popup menu only supports up to 25 entries (popupmenu.class crashes if you create a menu which doesn't fit on the screen), for <select> forms with more entries you have to use OWB's own method (click 2 times on it to activate it and use the cursor up/down keys to select the entry) like in older versions.

| Maybe, but that would require changes in WebKit parts. I wont change anything in such parts until the AmigaOS 4.x parts of OWB are completed, i.e. in the next about 5 years. | | |
