OWB doesn't seems to support simbol/entities chars on tabs, for example the bullet simble (?) is always
treated as "?"
If you would use an AmigaOS charset which includes the Unicode char 0x2022 it would be displayed correctly, but AFAIK there is no such charset and since OWB uses clicktab.gadget it can't display anything in the tab label which isn't in the current AmigaOS charset.
