Yes, me too, but the OPENURL tooltype and thus the usage is OFF by default
Put this line in your OWB tooltypes
OPENURL=C:URLOpen %s
start OWB and type any two word combination into the address field (not the search field)
I'm interested (and i think joerg will be too) if it will show the same behaviour
