I have installed an additional Tool that Flips AmigaLEFT to AmigaRIGHT-KEY and opposite (for haveing better Copy-Paste. Maybe this interference with your Keyshortcuts?
Please try without it.

I still can't reproduce such a problem here, which seems to be the same as in bug #360.
