To use the system pointers in OWB simply delete Resources/pointerCursor.info and waitCursor.info.

I'll change the names in the OWB archive to disabled-pointerCursor.info and disabled-waitCursor.info, that way the system pointers are used by default but users who want to use them can still do it by renaming them.
