COBRA | Further info | 20091122 12:32 | | Just an additional info: On browsers like Firefox, clicking the Middle-MouseButton on a link opens the webpage in a new tab, but the browser does not switch to the webpage in this new tab, e.g. it loads it in the back. This is extremely useful when browsing eBay or similar pages for instance, where people want to go through a list of items of interest clicking the MMB on each of them, and then once they are done, they can start to look at all the tabs which have the webpages loaded by that time. So it is important for the link to be opened in a new tab without switching to the tab, so the user can keep browsing the same page without interruption. | | |

colinward | This feature would be great | 20091205 21:50 | | In fact I was going to raise an enhancement request myself and found this one while checking to ensure that it hadn't already been raised. Either use the MMB to open links in a new tab, or use ctrl+LMB (which is what Firefox uses) instead.
This feature would be great!
