I have the tooltype "STARTPAGE=" set in the icon. This used to give me just a blank page on startup.
I've added a workaround for it, but "" was never a valid URL. If you want an empty page you should use STARTPAGE=about:blank instead.

Aha, yes, I forgot there is support for that now also.

But thanks anyway for handling the invalid one ;-)

Edit: And confirmed - it works even with "STARTPAGE=" in 3.11 (but I'll still use the more correct about:blank in the future).
