The icons don't work on a standard OS 4.1 installation with no 3rd party icon drivers installed. The OS 4.1 C:fc-cache program is replaced with an old 2005 version. The _TTF cache file is added or updated which may not be what everyone would want.

the svg2xxx tools doesn't have the exe flag set, neither has the fc-cache file,
so the installer script fails.
